Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The mentor may be older or younger, but have a certain area of expertise. At PCt2U we consider this aspect to be fundamental to what we do and how we achieve results other organisations cannot achieve as generally they are too large and cannot put enough staff in place to make mentoring effective. By carefully working closely with our students they are successful quicker due to this support and guidance from experienced and seasoned professionals in their chosen fields who can impart and assist those wanting to engage in higher concepts of learning or who want to learn new skills of assessing and verifying.
